You'll be introduced to Dr. Dan Hughes' PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) and the family systems approach to provide holistic, empathetic support.

The session covers common triggers such as the "nakakahiya" (shame) mentality, guilt-tripping ("tampo"), and filial piety.
